Facilitator 2 (Instructor - Aerospace Manufacturing)
Multiple locations (working remotely for AMSC). Two positions available in Renton/Seattle/Auburn. One available in Everett.
The Advanced Manufacturing Skills Center (AMSC) of Edmonds College is seeking experienced and skilled aerospace leaders to train the next generation of the manufacturing workforce.
Working closely with the Administrator, the position's responsibilities include the development and delivery of training and classroom/high bay instruction supporting the aerospace industry. This professional exempt position reports to the Director. The Facilitator 2 reviews aerospace manufacturing curriculum and excels at delivering training to groups of aerospace students/employees in the classroom, labs and high bay.
This is an exempt position reporting directly to the Executive Director of the AMSC/WATR Center.
- 2 years of aerospace mechanical and electrical assembly experience, OR
- 2 years of industrial hands-on experience in the following areas: composites, electrical, plumbing, stand-alone drill motors, power tools, torque equipment, and various other pneumatic tools

Salary is $71,350.12 - $75,616.91 annually and is based on the Edmonds C administrative/exempt salary schedule, plus a full state benefits package, which includes tuition waivers for college classes, medical, dental, retirement options, and more. Vacation and leave packages include 12 sick days per year, 10 scheduled holidays, 1 personal holiday, and 24 vacation leave days per year.
