Prerequisites

  • Students must be over 18 years of age to participate in the lab portion of the course.
  • No pre-testing is required, including the Accuplacer test.

NOTE: Completing the Maritime Core Certificate is not required before registering for the Fiberglass Laminater Certificate. The Maritime Core Certificate is a standalone, but complementary cohort.

Career Paths

Graduates of this program qualify for entry-level positions as a fiberglass laminator or technician. Many of the skills obtained in the Fiberglass Lamination Certificate program can readily transfer to a variety of manufacturing fields including aerospace, space, automotive, leisure/recreation, and military/defense.
