No-Interview JOBS THROUGH Boeing's BPET

What is BPET?

Boeing started a program called the Boeing Pre-Employment Training Program (BPET). It lets you skip the interview step when applying for certain manufacturing jobs at Boeing if you earn a certificate in one of the WATR Center's Specialty Certificate program:

• Manufacturing Assembly Mechanic
• Tooling Mechanic
• Electrical Assembly
• Composites

How does the BPET process work and "no interviews"?

• Complete a certificate from one of the Specialty classes at the WATR Center
• Get a signed BPET Enrollment Confirmation form from the WATR Center (Valid for two years from issue date to apply for any BPET job postings)
• Apply for one or more of the BPET-eligible Boeing manufacturing jobs on the Boeing jobs site. (listed on the back are jobs you can apply for by certificate)
• Boeing will email you a Letter of Intent and begin the hiring process
  Pass Boeing’s Standard pre-hire Background check and Drug Screen
• You’ll get an official job offer once

BPET requisitions are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
